Cancellation Policy

The following policies are mutually binding to both the Client and Consultant: Appointment Cancellations Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows (failure to attend without any notice) may be charged up to the full service price. Reasonable exceptions will be made for documented emergencies, illness, severe weather conditions, loss of internet connection, technological discrepancies, or other circumstances beyond the client's control. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply for shortened sessions due to late arrival. If I am unable to accommodate a significantly late arrival (>15min), it may be treated as a cancellation. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by phone, through our online booking system, or via email || contact@outsidethelinds.com. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing for your records.
